We have just received our certificate from BSI for BS EN9100 Rev C after a successful full re- assessment which will now run for three years.
Preparations are well underway for our transition from BS EN9 100 Rev C to BS EN9100 Rev D and ISO14001 2004 to ISO14001 2015. A new integrated Business Management System will cover both these accreditations to be launched in 2017. The idea of the new BMS is to integrate the two requirements of the accreditations with our existing business systems to create one driver for the business. This includes all continual improvement activities and risk based thinking.
The system will be interactive, easy to understand and use. The remit was for the system to work for us rather than us working for it which can be the case if not careful.
