Tridan are delighted to announce the appointment of a further four new apprentices to our highly skilled and motivated workforce.
Our four new recruits will join the current two apprentices learning their trade on our shop floor.
Tridan first introduced our apprenticeship scheme back in 2005, and we are rightly very proud of the success of seeing these young people develop into first class engineers, and become key members of the Tridan team. To give you an example of this success, one of our very first apprentices is now in charge of our Star ST38 sliding head, he has taken full ownership from programming, setting and maximising efficiency. This success is made even more pleasing due to the fact at point of installation sliding head technology was brand new to Tridan.
We will continue to invest in young engineers for the growth and longevity of our Company.
