Co-ordinate Measuring Machines:-
Tridan have an impressive range of CMM’s within our air-conditioned Quality Control Department and Shopfloor Inspection Station.
In particular, our state of the art Brown & Sharpe Scirroco 10.20.09 CNC Co-ordinate Measuring Machine, complemented by PCDMIS Software including CAD++, a Renishaw Motorised Probe and a working area of 2000mm x 1000mm x 900mm, provides a significant asset to our Quality Control Department and contributes to the ongoing promotion of product quality within our company.
The PCDMIS Software is able to accept customer 3D Solid Models directly transferred over our Network link.
This CMM facility allows Tridan to provide our customer with standard CMM reporting format or reporting format tailored to suit our customer requirements.

Ancillary Equipment: -
Optical Projector, Hardness Testing, Air Gauging, Surface Measurement and a comprehensive range of measuring and gauging equipment is available within the company for the continued promotion of product quality.

Trimos Sylvac Electronic Calibration Unit
The majority of our equipment is calibrated in-house via our Trimos Sylvac Electronic Calibration Unit and it’s QM-Soft Calibration Software. Calibration exceptions being major capital equipment whereby the manufacturers or an approved source provide the calibration service.
