'Jobshop' management software is a true 32 bit Windows based fully integrated Production Control system. All aspects of Sales Order Processing, Contract Control, Production Control, Purchase Control and Materials Management are handled by this networked application.
Pathtrace 'Edge Cam', CadCam system offers customers the opportunity to download drawing files in 2D or 3D solids formats directly to our off-line programming department. File formats such as DXF/DWG/IGES/STEP are readily translated, to be post processed into machine code and sent to our various DNC linked machine tools. Translators are also available for native CAD formats, such as Catia, solidedge, Solid works, also.
AutoCAD and Partmodeler software is used in conjunction with Dnet DNC network software and Predator verification software to ensure file transfer and program generation is handled seamlessly as possible.
The Network server runs on the Microsoft small business server platform and files can be received over a dedicated Broadband line.
