Tridan Engineering Ltd was established in 1968 and provides a total outsource partnership and machining service to companies in the UK, Europe and USA, many of these leaders in their respective fields. The company currently employs 60 staff.

Tridan are currently approved to AS9100. Tridan provide major organisations in aerospace, defence, automotive, food, medical, marine and other industries with quality and reliable products utilising our extensive range of modern machinery.

Tridan has continuously invested in machine tools, including the very latest 5 axis CNC machining centres and lathes. These are operated by a skilled workforce to provide standards of quality and service, which we believe, can only be matched by a few companies in the field.

Tridan’s manufacturing capabilities are backed by an equally efficient modern inspection plant and procedures, covering the range from small components to large work pieces up to 3.7 meters in size, all of which can be produced in small or large batches or delivered from stock to Kan-Ban requirements. The Tridan service includes prototype parts, complete assemblies and all ancillary requirements such as heat treatment, plating processes and painting.

To meet the demands of modern supply chain requirements Tridan has invested heavily in management and technical support software. A Windows based fully integrated networked production management system has been installed. This controls Sales Order Processing, Contract Control, through to Materials Management.

A Cad Cam system offers customers the opportunity to transmit drawing files in 2D or 3D solid formats such as DXF/IGES/DWG/CATIA and others. These are readily translated into machine codes and sent to our wireless DNC linked machine tools.
